This stacked bar chart shows how many issues each user has added and how many they have closed. If a name is repeated it's quite possibly because they have changed changed email address.

Issue resolution averages

distribution of how long it takes to close issues

This bar chart shows how long it takes on average for an issue to go from being added to being closed. If you act on issues quickly, the bars will be high towards the left. If you leave issues with a resolution, the bars with be higher towards the right.

Transition time averages

Shows how long issues stay in each of the non-closing statuses.
